what the right of withdrawal is
Withdrawal is a right the law grants to anyone who shops online. For 14 calendar days after you receive your order, you can change your mind and undo the purchase, without having to give a reason and with no penalty whatsoever.
It is a separate right, additional to our 30-day commercial returns policy. When you exercise withdrawal within those 14 days, the law requires us to refund you all the money for the order, including the original shipping costs. The only cost you bear is the return shipping of the parcel.
The deadline counts from delivery. If you bought several items in one order and they arrive separately, the 14 days start when you receive the last one.

return shipping, your choice
When you withdraw we refund the order amount and the original shipping costs. You can handle the return shipping in two ways:
with your own means
You send us the parcel yourself, with the carrier you prefer. You only pay for the service you choose.
have us handle it
We coordinate the shipment. In that case we apply your country's rate, which is deducted from the refund.

We refund the amount within a maximum of 14 calendar days from when we receive the parcel or from when you provide proof of its shipment, whichever happens first. We use the same payment method you used for the purchase, at no extra cost.
