what condition do they need to be returned in?
To accept a commercial return, the product must come back as it was sent, ready to go to someone else’s home.
- Unused and unwashed.
- In its original packaging, with all tags attached.
- Complete, with all accessories and components.
what is deducted from the refund
For commercial returns, the original shipping costs of the order are not refunded. For the return shipment, you can use your own means or ask us to manage it for you, in which case your country’s fee will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

when and how you receive your refund
The timeframe for receiving the refund is 14 calendar days from when the parcel is handed to the carrier for return, either through home collection or at a drop-off point.
When we receive your parcel, we check that the returned products and the reason match. We send you a first email confirming that the return has been accepted and then a second email letting you know that the refund, including the amount, has been sent to your bank or payment method.
The credit depends on your bank and the method you used to pay:
