Returns
You have 30 calendar days to process the return.
To accept the return, you must return the original item in its original packaging. Items must be in perfect condition, unwashed and unused.
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded. The costs are:

Legal right of withdrawal
You have the right as a consumer to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days after you or a third party authorised by you has received the product.
Model withdrawal form
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must notify Happyfriday of his decision to withdraw from the purchase made, by means of an unequivocal declaration with the following details:

Consequences of withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal by you, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a mode of delivery other than the least expensive mode of standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any charges as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof of return of the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must return or hand over the goods directly to us or to Happyfriday, Av. Alicante 70, 03820 Cocentaina (Alicante), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract to us. The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if you return the goods before this period has expired. You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
The cost of return transport that you will have to bear if you choose to have us arrange the return with our carriers is as follows:

Return of defective products.
In the event that the customer considers that at the time of delivery the product has quality problems, he/she should contact Happyfriday immediately through any of our contact details, communicating the details of the product and the damage it suffers.
If the Customer returns the product because it is defective, Happyfriday will proceed to verify its conditions and once these have been verified, will refund the value of the product and the shipping costs, plus the direct costs of the return, within a maximum of 14 days of receipt by Happyfriday of the product for which the product is being returned.
In the event of detecting damage to the order at the time of delivery, the customer must state this on the delivery note of the transport agency.
Product Change.
To obtain a product different from the one already purchased, the customer must return the original item in its original packaging.
The items must be in perfect condition, unwashed and unused.

As soon as we receive and validate the return, we will refund the amount of the returned items, excluding the original shipping costs.
