1. GENERAL

These General Conditions of Sale regulate the relationship between HAPPY FRIDAY S.L. (hereinafter Happyfriday), commercial company with CIF B 54660980, domiciled in Cocentaina (Alicante), at Av. Alicante nº 70, C.P. 03820 and registered in the Mercantile Registry of Alicante in Volume 3642 Sheet A-132228 Folio 134 - 1st Inscription. and You (hereinafter THE CLIENT) in relation to all transactions carried out through the website located at https://www.happyfridayhome.com/.

   Monday to Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

   Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Happyfriday, through the e-commerce located at https://www.happyfridayhome.com/, only sells to CUSTOMERS of legal age (18 years or older) and who are the end customer, minors being expressly excluded.

Placing an order implies acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale by the CLIENT, as well as any other specified in the order itself.

Happyfriday reserves the right to modify the Conditions of Sale that constitute this contract, although said modification will not affect the contracts previously made with the consumer. For this reason, it is recommended that, before making a purchase, read the General Conditions of Sale.

 

2. OBJECT

The purpose of this General Conditions of Sale contract is to regulate the relationship between Happyfriday and the CLIENT from the moment the latter gives their consent by accepting the "FINISH PURCHASE" box in the contracting process.

Before acceptance by the CLIENT, the different legal texts will be made available, that is, General Conditions of Sale and Privacy Policy.

 

3. LANGUAGE

Commercial and contractual information and communications with Clients will be made in Spanish or English.

 

4. FILE OF THE ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT

As additional prior information, required in art. 27 of Law 34/2002, on Information Society Services, the consumer and user are informed that Happyfriday will proceed to file the electronic document through which their purchase is formalized and said document will not be accessible.

 

5. PURCHASE PROCEDURE

In order to place an order on Happyfriday, it is not necessary for the CUSTOMER to be registered on the website. The processing of personal data will be carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, you can consult the Privacy Policy here.

 

  1.       a) How to order.

 

To place the order through Happyfriday, the CUSTOMER must follow the following steps:

1st. Choose the desired product and click on the "ADD TO CART" button and the selected product will be added to "MY BASKET".

2nd. Once you have finished selecting the items you want to buy, click on the "PROCEED TO CHECK OUT" button, after which you will be redirected to the "CHECK-OUT" where the selected products will appear.

3rd. Once on the "CHECK-OUT" page you can continue with your purchase as a user or as a guest.

   If the CUSTOMER is not registered, he can continue with the purchase as a guest by entering his data. These data will be stored temporarily and for the minimum period necessary to process your order and comply with other legal obligations.

  If, on the contrary, THE CUSTOMER wants to register, they can do so before making the purchase, adding a password in the space provided for it and, subsequently, confirming the password in the space provided to enter that field. Once registered, you can continue with the purchase process.

   If the CUSTOMER is already registered, he will only have to enter his email and password and, he will be directed back to the purchase form.

4th. Select the SHIPPING METHOD, after which the cost will appear.

5th. Select the PAYMENT METHOD, currently being able to choose between payment by BANK CARD, BIZZUM, PAY-PAL or BANK TRANSFER.

6th. Once the payment method has been selected, all the detailed information will appear in the order summary, being able to modify the quantity, size and other characteristics of the selected products as well as eliminate products from the order.

At that time, if the CUSTOMER has a DISCOUNT COUPON, they can enter it at that time in the box provided for it.

7th. If the payment method is by BANK CARD, BIZZUM or PAY-PAL and the payment is authorized, the CUSTOMER will see the confirmation of his purchase on the page THANK YOU FOR YOUR PURCHASE! where the order number appears with the rest of its details. We will automatically send an email to your email address with the same information that you can retrieve when you need it.

8th. At that time the ORDER of the CLIENT will be registered and will begin to process in the Happyfriday warehouse.

All product orders are subject to availability. In the event that there are difficulties in the supply of the selected product, Happyfriday will notify the customer via email and the amounts paid will be reimbursed within a maximum period of 30 days from payment.

 

  1.      b) Happyfriday's right to cancel or not accept an order.

 

Happyfriday may reject, cancel, or not accept an order already confirmed in the following cases:

  • Your payment information is incorrect or unverifiable.
  • Your request may have been made for fraudulent purposes or in connection with a crime or other illegal activity.
  • An inadvertent error has occurred in the e-commerce, for example, a payment error, etc.
  • There are reasons that indicate that the Client is a minor (under 18 years old);
  • The order could not be delivered to the address provided by you.

We will notify you by email prior to any action, to try to resolve the issue and return any payments made.

 

6. METHOD OF PAYMENT

You can choose any of the following payment methods:

By CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD, Through this form of payment you provide the card number, the expiration date and the CVV, said data is encrypted and sent to the bank's POS.

Through BIZZUM. For the client to be able to use this system, it is necessary that they have a bank account in an entity that works with Bizum and that the client downloads said application, in order to link their client's telephone number to their bank account number (IBAN ). Through the PayPal system, in order for the client to be able to use this system, it is necessary that they have a PayPal account, more information at paypal.es

By Bank transfer, Once the order is placed, you will receive an email with the order number and the account number in which you must make the transfer. To process your order, you will have to specify in the concept of the transfer his Name + Surname and the ORDER NUMBER. You have 2 days to formalize the transfer. Once the period of FIVE DAYS has elapsed from the placing of the order, if the payment has not been received or the proof of its completion, the order will be cancelled.

 

7. PRICE

All product prices, shipping costs and other services include VAT and are only valid for orders placed online through the website.

The prices that appear on the website may be subject to change by Happyfriday, however, the prices will not be modified on orders already confirmed.

 

8. SHIPPING COSTS

Happyfriday, makes national shipments to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands (thus excluding Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands). Happyfriday also ships internationally only to the countries listed in the table below.

Shipping costs apply to each order. The rates will appear duly itemized in the shopping cart before formalizing the same. Shipping costs are as follows:

Happyfriday reserves the right to cancel or not accept an order already confirmed if the shipping address is outside the indicated territories.

Regarding shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla at the moment we do NOT delivery to these destinations.

 

9. PLACE AND DELIVERY TIME

The shipment will be made by a transport company that does not belong to Happyfriday. Deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday, therefore no deliveries will be made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. The place of delivery will be the address designated by the CLIENT at the time of making the purchase. Delivery time is 1 to 2 working days for SPAIN and 2 to 5 working days for the REST OF EUROPE (except in the sales period and Black Friday, which may suffer some delays).

 

10. RETURN POLICY

  •       Return of products.

The return is very simple, we take care of everything. Once you receive the order at home, you have a period of 30 calendar days to manage the return.

Once we receive the return request, we will contact you as soon as possible to accompany in the process.

As soon as we receive the return and validate it, we will refund you the amount of the returned items within 7 to 14 days except for the original shipping costs. We remind you that, in order to accept the return, you must return the original item with the original packaging. The items must be in perfect condition, unwashed and unused.

The transportation costs of the return will be at your expense and we will deduct them from the total amount to be returned. The expenses are:

  •       Consequences of withdrawal.

In the event of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you inform us. of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to make said reimbursement using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; In any case, you will not incur any expenses as a result of the refund.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods, or until you have submitted proof of their return, depending on which condition is met first.

You must return or deliver the goods directly to us or to Happyfriday, with address at Av. Alicante 70, 03820 Cocentaina (Alicante), without any undue delay and, in any case, at the latest within 14 calendar days from the date of date on which you notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The term will be considered fulfilled if you return the goods before said term has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You will only be responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from a manipulation other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and operation of the goods.

  •       Return of defective products.

If the client considers that at the time of delivery the product presents quality problems, he must contact Happyfriday immediately through any of our contact information, communicating the product data and the damage that suffers.

If the Customer returns the product because it is defective, Happyfriday will proceed to verify its conditions and once these have been verified, it will reimburse the value of the product and the shipping costs, in addition to the direct costs of the return, in a maximum of 14 days from the receipt by Happyfriday of the product reason for the return.

In case of detecting damage to your order at the time of delivery, please state this on the delivery note of the transport agency.

 

  •       Change of Products.

To obtain a different product to the one already purchased, the Customer must return the original item with the original packaging and place a new order through our website.

As soon as we receive the return and validate it, we will refund the amount of the returned items except the original shipping costs.

11. LIABILITY

These Conditions of Sale establish all the obligations and responsibilities of Happyfriday with respect to the supply of products. There are no guarantees, conditions or other terms that are binding on Happyfriday, except those expressly mentioned in the Conditions of Sale.

The CLIENT assumes responsibility for the veracity of the data provided to Happyfriday, responding to the possible negative consequences that are derived from the use of false or erroneous data.

 

12. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION

Purchases made through the Happyfriday website and under these Sales Conditions are subject to Spanish law.

 

13. COMPETENT JURISDICTION

Any dispute or discrepancy that arises from the application or interpretation of the Conditions of sale, as well as the contracts it incorporates, the competent courts will be those of the consumer's place of residence in Spain.
