General conditions
1. GENERAL
These General Conditions of Sale regulate the relationship between HAPPY FRIDAY S.L. (hereinafter Happyfriday), a trading company with Tax Identification Code B 54660980, with registered offices in Cocentaina (Alicante), at Av. Alicante nº 70, C.P. 03820 and registered in the Companies Register of Alicante in Volume 3642 Sheet A-132228 Folio 134 - 1st Entry, and you (hereinafter THE CLIENT) in relation to all transactions carried out through the web site located at https://www.happyfridayhome.com/.

Happyfriday, through the e-commerce located at https://www.happyfridayhome.com/, only sells to CUSTOMERS of legal age (18 years or older) and who are the end customer, with minors being expressly excluded.
The placing of an order implies the acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale by the CUSTOMER, as well as any other conditions specified in the order itself.
Happyfriday reserves the right to modify the Conditions of Sale that constitute the present contract, although this modification will not affect the contracts previously made with the consumer. It is therefore recommended that, before making a purchase, the consumer reads the General Conditions of Sale.
2. OBJECT
The purpose of this contract of General Conditions of Sale is to regulate the existing relationship between Happyfriday and the CUSTOMER from the moment in which the CUSTOMER gives his consent by accepting the "COMPLETE PURCHASE" box in the contracting process.
Before acceptance by the CUSTOMER, the different legal texts, i.e. General Conditions of Sale and Privacy Policy, will be made available.
3. LANGUAGE
Commercial and contractual information and communications with Customers shall be in Spanish or English.
4. ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT ARCHIVING
As additional prior information, required in art. 27 of Law 34/2002, of Services of the Information Society, the consumer and user is informed that Happyfriday will proceed to file the electronic document by means of which the purchase is formalised and this document will not be accessible.
5. PURCHASE PROCEDURE
In order to place an order with Happyfriday, it is not necessary for the CLIENT to be registered on the website. The processing of personal data will be carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, you can consult the Privacy Policy here.
a) How to order.
1º. Choose the desired product and click on the "BUY" button and the selected product will be added to "MY BASKET".
2º. Once you have finished selecting the items you want to buy, click on the "CHECK-OUT" button, after which you will be redirected to the "CHECK-OUT" where the selected products will appear.
3º. Once on the "CHECK-OUT" page you can continue with your purchase as a user or as a guest.
If the CUSTOMER is not registered, he/she can continue with the purchase as a guest by entering his/her data. These data will be stored temporarily and for the minimum period necessary to process your order and comply with other legal obligations.
If, on the other hand, THE CUSTOMER wishes to register, he/she may do so before completing the purchase by adding a password in the space provided for this purpose and then confirming the password in the space provided to enter this field. Once registered, you can continue with the purchase process.
If the CLIENT is already registered, they will only have to enter their email address and password and they will be redirected to the purchase form.
4ª. Select the SHIPPING METHOD, after which the cost will appear.
5º. Select the METHOD OF PAYMENT, currently you can choose between payment by BANK CARD, PAY-PAL or BANK TRANSFER.
6º. Once the method of payment has been selected, all the information will appear in the summary of the order, with the possibility of modifying the quantity, size and other characteristics of the products selected, as well as eliminating products from the order.
If the CUSTOMER has a DISCOUNT COUPON, he/she can enter it at that moment in the box provided for this purpose.
7º. If the payment method is by BANK CARD or PAY-PAL and the payment is authorised, the CUSTOMER will see the confirmation of their purchase on the THANK YOU FOR YOUR PURCHASE! page where the order number appears with the rest of the order details. We will automatically send an e-mail to your e-mail address with the same information that you can retrieve when you need it.
8º. At that moment the CUSTOMER'S order will be registered and will begin to be processed in the Happyfriday warehouse.
All product orders are subject to availability. In the event of difficulties in the supply of the selected product, Happyfriday will inform the customer by e-mail and will proceed to reimburse the amounts paid within a maximum period of 30 days from the payment.
b) Happyfriday has the right to cancel or not to accept an order.
Happyfriday may refuse, cancel or refuse to accept an order already confirmed in the following cases:
- Your payment information is incorrect or unverifiable;
- Your order may have been placed for fraudulent purposes or in connection with a crime or other illegal activity;
- There has been an unintentional error in the e-commerce, e.g. payment error, etc.
- There are reasons indicating that the Customer is a minor (under 18 years of age);
- The order could not be delivered to the address provided by you.
We will notify you by email prior to any action being taken, to try to resolve the problem and refund any payment made.
6. METHOD OF PAYMENT
You can choose any of the following payment methods:
By CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD; through this payment method you provide the card number, expiry date and CVV, these data are encrypted and sent to the bank's POS.
Through the PayPal system; In order for the customer to use this system it is necessary to have a PayPal account, more information at paypal.es
By bank transfer; once the order has been placed you will receive an email with the order number and the account number to which the transfer should be made. In order to process your order, the customer will have to specify in the concept of the transfer your Name + Surname and the ORDER NUMBER. You have 2 days to formalize the transfer. After the period of FIVE DAYS from the order has elapsed, if neither the payment nor the proof of payment has been received, the order will be cancelled.
Through Shop pay / Goole Pay / Apple Pay; it will allow you to save your payment information and shipping address in a Shop Pay account, which will speed up the checkout process.
7. PRICE
All product prices, delivery charges and other services are inclusive of VAT and are only valid for orders placed online via the website.
Prices displayed on the website may be subject to change by Happyfriday, however, prices will not be changed for orders already confirmed.
8. SHIPPING COSTS

9. PLACE AND TIME OF DELIVERY
The shipment will be made by a transport company outside Happyfriday. Deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday, therefore no deliveries will be made on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. The place of delivery will be the address designated by the CUSTOMER at the time of making the purchase. The delivery time is 1 to 2 working days for SPAIN and 2 to 5 working days for the REST OF EUROPE (except during the sales period and Black Friday, which may be subject to some delays).
10. RETURNS POLICY
• Return of products.
The return is very simple, we take care of everything, once you receive the order at home, you have a period of 30 calendar days to manage the return.

Once we receive your return request, we will contact you as soon as possible to assist you in the process.
As soon as we receive the return and validate it, we will refund you the amount of the returned items within 7 to 14 days, except for the original shipping costs. We remind you that, in order to accept the return, you must return the original item with the original packaging. The items must be in perfect condition, unwashed and unused.
You will be responsible for the return transport costs, which will be deducted from the total amount to be returned. The costs are:

In the event of a defective item, we shall bear the costs of shipping and return transport.
*These return conditions only apply after the statutory 14-day withdrawal period has expired.
• Legal right of withdrawal.
You have the right as a consumer to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days after you or a third party authorised by you has received the product.

• Consequences of withdrawal.
In the event of withdrawal by you, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery charges, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to effect such reimbursement using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of return of the goods, whichever condition is met first.
You must return or deliver the goods directly to us or to Happyfriday, located at Av. Alicante 70, 03820 Cocentaina (Alicante), without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract to us. The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if you return the goods before this period has expired. You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

• Return of defective products.
In the event that the customer considers that at the time of delivery the product has quality problems, he/she should contact Happyfriday immediately through any of our contact details, communicating the details of the product and the damage it suffers.
If the Customer returns the product because it is defective, Happyfriday will proceed to verify its conditions and once these have been verified, will refund the value of the product and the shipping costs, plus the direct costs of the return, within a maximum of 14 days of receipt by Happyfriday of the product for which the product is being returned.
In the event of detecting damage to the order at the time of delivery, the customer must state this on the delivery note of the transport agency.
• Product Change.
To obtain a different product to the one already purchased, the Customer must return the original item with the original packaging and place a new order through our website.
As soon as we receive the return and validate it, we will refund the amount of the returned items except for the original shipping costs.

11. RESPONSIBILITY
These Conditions of Sale set out all of Happyfriday's obligations and liabilities in respect of the supply of products. There are no guarantees, conditions or other terms which are binding on Happyfriday, except those expressly mentioned in the Conditions of Sale.
The CUSTOMER assumes responsibility for the veracity of the data provided to Happyfriday, being liable for any possible negative consequences arising from the use of false or erroneous data.
12. APPLICABLE LAW
Purchases made through the Happyfriday Website and under these Conditions of Sale are subject to Spanish law.
13. COMPETENT JURISDICTION
Any dispute or discrepancy arising from the application or interpretation of the Conditions of Sale, as well as the contracts it incorporates, the competent courts shall be those of the consumer's place of residence in Spain.
