We offer two shipping options: pickup point and home delivery. Here are the costs, times and countries we ship to, always up to date.
pickup point
You pick up your parcel at the most convenient point, whenever you want, within 8 days.
home delivery
We bring it to the address you give us, Monday to Friday.

If you can’t wait at home for the carrier, pickup points are the solution. We offer a wide network: find the one closest to you by clicking here.

cancelling your order
You can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t entered the packing and shipping process. To request it:

- Phone: call us on +34 965 599 956 (Mon-Thu 08:30-16:30 · Fri 08:30-14:00).
Once the order is in the packing and shipping process, it can no longer be cancelled.
refund of the amount
If your order is successfully cancelled, we refund you via the same payment method you used. The amount is credited to your account within 1 to 7 business days, depending on how your bank processes transactions.
