Playful
Retro dots and stripes, plus four plains in the colours that are back in the bedroom. Playful is for anyone who would rather have a bed with personality.
Colour stripes
Groove
Wide, colourful stripes that bring to mind the seventies, summer awnings and vintage upholstery. With Groove, the bed becomes the first thing you notice in the room.

Polka dots
Dotto
Polka dots have never gone out of style: from fifties dresses to tableware, and now to the bed. Oversized and set on chocolate, this is the most fun print in the collection.

Double stripes
Twinline
A nautical-inspired stripe, drawn in pairs. A classic with a small twist, the kind you get at first glance and keep liking over time.

Pinstripes
Pinline
The pinstripe of the classic shirt, brought to bed linen. From a distance it reads as a textured plain, which is why it goes with everything else.

Plain · butter shade
Yellow
Butter yellow comes from the pastels of the fifties and is back in fashion and interiors in a big way. It brings light, works with neutrals and bold colours alike, and has an optimistic touch you notice as soon as you walk in.

Plain · powder shade
Light blue
A winter-sky blue, soft and slightly powdery. It calms the stronger colours of the collection and leaves the bed looking fresh, tidy and never cold.

Plain · chocolate shade
Brown
Chocolate brown is settling into the bedroom as one of the shades of the season: warm, elegant and very easy to pair. A perfect choice for dressing the bed with a sophisticated, cosy feel.

Plain · wine shade
Burgundy
The colour of wine and velvet, back on the catwalks and at home too. Deep and elegant, it asks nobody for permission.

Colourful duvet covers in 200 thread count cotton percale
Playful is bed linen for mixing without rules: four dot and stripe prints and four plains in the colours of the season, designed to be combined however you like. A striped duvet cover with polka-dot pillowcases, a chocolate brown plain with a butter yellow cushion, or all of it at once.
Every piece is 100% cotton in 200 thread count percale, a fabric with a cool, matte feel. Designed in our studio in Cocentaina, made in Spain and OEKO-TEX® Class I certified.
What is 200 thread count percale
One thread over, one thread under
Percale is a way of weaving cotton: each thread passes alternately over and under the next, in a very tight weave. The result is a matte fabric with a cool, slightly crisp feel.
What 200 threads means
It is the density of the fabric: the number of threads per square inch, counting both warp and weft. The more threads, the denser and softer it feels. See all our 200 thread count percale bed linen.
100% cotton
A natural fibre, soft and breathable. The plains and the prints use the same fabric, so when you mix them the bed feels the same throughout.
OEKO-TEX® Class I certified
Certified OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100, Class I (no. 2021OK1618): tested by AITEX for substances harmful to health.

Dots, stripes and colour
Life already has enough rules. This collection is designed for everything else.
Playful began as a visual game: dots, stripes, combinations and contrasts. The team worked on the prints and plains as a single system, so that any mix works and the bed can change as much as you do.
Made in Spain
Every print begins in our studio in Cocentaina (Alicante) and is printed and sewn in workshops in Spain. Digital printing works like a large-format printer: it applies the ink directly onto the fabric. That is why it allows prints with many colours, gradients and fine detail. All our textiles are certified OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 Class I: AITEX, an independent laboratory, tests them for substances harmful to health.
Frequently asked questions about colourful duvet covers
What is 200 thread count percale?
Percale is a cotton fabric with a very tight weave: each thread passes alternately over and under the next. The result is a matte fabric with a cool, slightly crisp feel. The 200 threads refer to the density: the number of threads per square inch, counting warp and weft.
What are Playful duvet covers made of?
100% cotton in 200 thread count percale. It is a natural fibre, soft and breathable. Every piece in the collection, plain or printed, uses the same fabric.
How do you style a printed duvet cover?
The simplest way is to pair it with plain pillowcases and cushions in one of the colours that appear in the print. For more movement, add a second print in a different scale on the smaller pieces.
Can you mix stripes and polka dots on the same bed?
Yes. It works best when the two prints are different sizes and share colours: a statement print on the duvet cover and a smaller one on pillowcases or cushions. In Playful, the four prints and four plains are designed to mix with each other.
Which colours are on trend for the bedroom?
This season the bedroom leaves beige and grey behind and brings back colour: chocolate brown and burgundy as deep shades, with butter yellow and light blue as a bright counterpoint. They are the four Playful plains.
What goes with chocolate brown bed linen?
Light shades that brighten it: light blue, butter yellow or off-white. A brown duvet cover with light blue pillowcases or a yellow cushion keeps the warmth of the brown without darkening the room.
Are they OEKO-TEX certified?
Yes. Certified OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100, Class I (no. 2021OK1618): tested by AITEX for substances harmful to health.
Where is the Playful collection made?
