Summer meals outdoors: choose the freshest, most colourful tablecloths

One of the best things about summer is eating outdoors, on our own terraces or other people's, sheltered from the sun but close to it, with a cool breeze that fills us with energy and joy. Will you join us for our summer menu?

To enjoy it properly, it needs to be served with decor to match: fresh, summery and full of colour, but to your own taste.

A Mediterranean breakfast by the pool

Whether in a garden, on a terrace or on a small city balcony, make the most of the early morning, before it gets too hot, to have your breakfast outdoors.

How do you like it? Sweet or savoury? Very healthy or with a few indulgent treats?

Ideally you should look after yourself but treat yourself now and then, don't you think?

Squeeze or slice your favourite seasonal fruits, set the table with a tablecloth that invites you to enjoy yourself, like our Confetti design, and prepare a bowl full of oats, granola and nuts, topped with some fruit.

Gazpacho and summer salad to cool down

Lunches get lighter in summer, especially in the warmest parts of the country.

Set your summer table for family or friends with a charming tablecloth and lay out your delicious fresh dishes: Spanish potato salad, gazpacho and/or salmorejo, some fish or tasty tapas made with seasonal vegetables such as artichokes. Delicious!

Do you love Japanese food? A great plan would be to share some sushi platters with friends on a cool terrace. Make sure there are chopsticks for all your guests!

It could also be a romantic dinner for two followed by an outdoor film screening, as if our terrace were an open-air summer cinema.

A few candles, some lanterns and a string of fairy lights will help create an intimate atmosphere.
