What do you like to do in your free time? Surely some of your hobbies can be practised at home. Choose your favourite place, make yourself comfortable and enjoy.

When the sun comes out, we feel like slowing down our daily routine, especially if we don't have to work. Choose a cool, light-filled place to enjoy some time reading, listening to music, cooking or tending to our plants.

After lunch it's time to dim the lights a little, relax our muscles and doze off in a comfortable and quiet place. Turn your home into a space that offers you calm and tranquillity every time you step over the threshold! Your refuge can have more or less square metres, outdoor space or not, but it will always be yours, a private space that reflects your personality and helps you find the peace and quiet that sometimes cannot be enjoyed outside.

For holidays or days off, or even for those evenings when you get home from work, we encourage you to indulge in your passions and enjoy that much-loved "savoir vivre".

What do you like to do at home in your free time?

Hobbies are as diverse as personalities. It is true that some are more physical and involve being outdoors and others are more contemplative and need to be still to enjoy them.

The ideal is to combine the two and grow them both indoors and outdoors. This time of year is particularly suitable for outdoor hobbies, when it is not so hot yet but the sun is shining for most of the day.

And a cool breeze makes it even more pleasant! Indoors, you can spend a few hours reading, crafting, cooking your favourite dishes, doing DIY, listening to a podcast or your favourite music, painting, writing or watching a film or series.

Where do you like to be when you do any of these activities? Do you like to sit or lie down? Sofas, beds, armchairs, deckchairs, swings or even hammocks on the terrace are ideal for indulging in these pleasures and savouring these moments of relaxation and rest.

Knowing how to stop and enjoy the present is important, it is very healthy and helps us to prevent periods of stress, tiredness, anxiety or dissatisfaction with life, as well as maintaining a healthy diet!
