The spring/summer 22 season at Happyfriday is off to a great start, we have just launched our new Raíces editorial, which is based on the essence and roots of Mediterranean villages.

Who wouldn't like to wake up on a Saturday with the orange rays of the sun hitting your face? To feel this good, in a house in a Mediterranean village in the countryside. To stay in bed, just a little bit longer, with your eyes open and silent, waiting for the children to come, because you know they are coming...

Getting up to prepare breakfast. It still smells of the flowers you picked yesterday afternoon. It smells of lavender and jasmine. When you open the window that smell merges with the smell of thyme and rosemary, as if they were waiting to come into the house. Then you make the bed. You look in the mirror and see that it's been made even prettier by that book you've been hooked on and fell asleep with last night.

 

 

Orange juice, croissants and fruit. Outside there is a light, cool breeze, which doesn't make you feel cold, while the sun turns whiter and whiter. The same breeze that moves the sheets and creates an almost hypnotic sound.

 

 

Raíces capsule collection is inspired by the Mediterranean essence, rural life, returning to our origins and reconnecting with small pleasures, the purity of the earth and the beauty of the flora. In that dawning light that only Mediterranean villages have. The five bed linen designs are dominated by small flowers from wild fields, with a variety of cheerful colours, but at the same time subtle and with a romantic touch.

 

 

Manarola, Vernazza, Corniglia, Monterosso and Riomaggiore are the 5 designs that make up this collection. Floral-inspired, with light and neutral backgrounds, to give light and simplicity. Each one formed by different wild flowers in a large palette of vibrant colours, to make the bedroom shine this spring. This line of bed linen is proudly designed and manufactured "Made in Spain", with 100% natural cotton fibres, a delight for the senses. At Happyfriday we take care and pamper every awakening, making more organic bed linen, which provides us with benefits such as breathability and a good feel for the skin.
