We celebrate the arrival of summer and the long awaited holidays, with a very fresh campaign and the "mood" to relax and rest happily. Interesting, isn't it?

To welcome the summer, taking advantage of that special Spanish moment, the “siesta”, we have launched an original campaign creating "La nana del verano" .

 

 

 

The hits that have made us dance, today they will make us sleep. We've created a hit to help you take a “siesta”. We'll tell you all about it! We've turned the songs of the summer (Danza Kunduro, El venao, Despacito, etc...) into a 25.8 minute lullaby. Why 25.8 minutes?

Well, a study carried out by NASA says that the perfect “siesta” should last exactly 25.8 minutes. That is how long the complete tracklist of "La nana del verano" lasts, to help you enjoy an ideal siesta, through a relaxing composition, with natural, binaural sounds and melodies taken from the main summer hits, by the Valencian composer, Carlos Vera Tamarit, a specialist in generating sensations and experiences through music and sound.

 

 

In addition to the composer, we had Dr. Nuria Roure, psychologist and expert in sleep disorders and author of the best seller Por fin duermo (Penguin Random, 2022), who helped us to understand that; "In order to rest well and fall asleep easily, we need to disconnect not only physically, but also mentally. This type of music, binaural music, has demonstrated a great ability to reduce stress, improve sleep and cognitive ability. These sounds create slower frequency brainwaves that promote deeper states of relaxation. It is the slower frequency brainwaves that help us to reduce our anxiety, achieve greater relaxation and enjoy a higher quality, deeper sleep.”.

 

 

As part of the campaign, from 15 July, Happyfriday will give away the book “Por fin duermo” (Penguin Random, 2022) to the first 10 customers who buy a complete sheet set (sheet + pillows). Together with the book, they will also receive a bookmark with a QR code that will take them directly to the summer lullaby.
