These General Conditions regulate the electronic purchase that the buyer (hereinafter, the "USER") makes through the website www.happyfridayhome.com, and will be incorporated into your purchase contract by clicking the "PLACE ORDER" button , at the end of the purchase process, being obliged from that moment to fulfill the stipulated in them.

This web portal is owned by HAPPY FRIDAY S.L. with CIF B54660980 and address at Av. Alicante nº 70, 03820 Cocentaina (Alicante) and registered in the Commercial Registry of Alicante in Volume 3642 Sheet A-132228 Folio 134 - Inscription 1º.

HAPPY FRIDAY can modify these General Conditions at any time. The modifications made will not affect in any case, the purchases that have been made prior to the approval of such modifications, which will be governed in any case by the General Conditions in force at the time of making these other purchases. It is the user's responsibility to know the General Conditions in force at the time of the start of the purchase process.

 

Access to make purchase

In order to access to the electronic purchase of HAPPY FRIDAY products, it is not necessary to be registered as a user of the page www.happyfridayhome.com, being able to make the purchase as a guest.

Registration as a user is free and must be done through the "Join" tab provided on the website itself. At the end of the registration process you will receive an email confirming that the process has been carried out correctly.

The user can access the section of registered users with their username and password. In the profile, the user can find relevant information such as the one related to previous orders or the shipping address provided.

The user can unsubscribe as such at any time by sending an email to bea@happyfriday.es

 

Purchasing process

The purchase process consists of the following steps:

   1 - Choice of products: Browse through our website, www.happyfridayhome.com , and click on the "Add to basket" button each time you want to add a product to your purchase. The shopping cart contains the name of the selected product, the quantity and the price in euros.

   2 - Start of the purchase process: To start the purchase process press the button "Proceed to checkout".

   3 - Filling in the purchase data: You must enter / verify your purchase data. Once you have verified your information, select the payment method you prefer and press the “Place order“ button to confirm your order.

   4 - Confirmation of purchase: Once we receive the payment, HAPPY FRIDAY will issue a confirmation on the screen that you can archive and that will contain the following information:

  • Order number
  • Order date
  • Summary of the products included in the purchase.

HAPPY FRIDAY will issue a confirmation of your purchase by email, within a maximum period of 24 hours from receipt of the purchase order.

 

Price, taxes and shipping costs

All prices indicated on our website appear in euros and include those taxes applicable to Spanish territory.

Shipping costs will appear detailed at the end of the purchase process. These shipping costs will be borne by the user in full.

Prior to accepting the price through the option "Place order", you can know the full final price of your order, broken down, if applicable, with the discounts applied and / or the shipping costs.

The prices of the products may vary at any time depending on the price policy of HAPPY FRIDAY. The purchased products will be billed at the price in effect at the time of purchase.

 

Term of validity of the offer

The offers will be valid during the period set by HAPPY FRIDAY or, failing that, for as long as they remain accessible to users.

 

Payment methods

You can make the payment by any of the following means:

  • Through debit or credit cards, payment is made in real time through the Virtual POS once it has been verified that the data provided is correct.
  • Through PayPal, where you make the payment securely through your personal PayPal account.

 

Invoice

You can request your invoice at any time by sending an email to bea@happyfriday.es , indicating the order number from which you request the corresponding invoice.

Applicable legislation, competent jurisdiction and notifications

This electronic contract is concluded under Spanish regulations and specifically under the legal regime imposed by Law 34/2002 on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE). The electronic contract will not be archived by a third party and its language is Spanish. These General Sales Conditions may be saved and reproduced at any time by the user making a purchase through the options of your Internet browser.
