You can shop online in Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom.

WHAT IF THE ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?

If an item is out of stock, we’ll ensure that it is going to be available as soon as possible and it will be marked as “Coming soon”. If it is not going to be available it will be removed from the web page.

WHERE CAN I FIND THINGS FOR CHILDREN?

In the KIDS section there are a lot of offers for the small one in the house.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO RECEIVE NOTIFICATION OF NEW ITEMS AND OFFERS BY EMAIL?

HOW DO I STOP THE SUBSCRIPTION?

In all e-mails you receive there is a link which will stop the subscription inmediately.

The payment methods are: credit/debit card and PayPal.

Purchase process

HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?

1 - Choose the section and category what you want.

2 - Click on the item you want to buy and you will see some pictures of the item, name, reference, description, price, available sizes, composition and care. Once you have chosen the desired product, you will need to click “add to cart”. To buy multiple products follow the same procedure and the items will be added to the shopping cart.

3 - When clicking the cart, the shopping list will appear with all the selected products.

4 - If you have a discount code, you must enter in the box and click update. You can check as the total price and shipping are set on the right side.

5 - The next step is to click on Checkout.

6 - At this point you must choose the payment method you want. You can make the purchase as a guest or as a registered customer.

7 - Select a payment method; enter the required data and you will end the purchase process.

8 - Then you will receive an email with your order confirmation.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can cancel your order if the it is not being processed for packaging and shipping. You can request cancellation via CONTACT form or by sending an email to bea@happyfriday.es or calling us to +34 96 559 99 56, (Monday to Thursday: from 9h to 17h. Friday from 9h to 14h.)

The delivery time is 1-7 working days excluding weekends and holidays.

WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM IS DAMAGED OR IS NOT THE ORDERED ITEM?

We work to offer the best quality and service, but if you receive a defective product or if it is not what you ordered, let us know through our CONTACT form or by sending an email to bea@happyfriday.es or calling by telephone to +34 96 559 99 56, (Monday to Thursday: from 9h to 17h. Friday from 9h to 14h.), and we’ll solve the issue as soon as possible without any additional cost to you.

HOW IS THE WASHING PROCESS?

Follow the washing instructions specified on the product label. If you have any questions regarding this contact us and we'll help you.

DO I HAVE TO WASH THE DUVET COVER BEFORE USING IT?

Yes, it is recommended washing it before the first use in order remove any excess dye that may remain on the fabric surface.

DO I HAVE TO WASH THE GARMENTS INSIDE OUT?

Yes, we advise you to wash inside out whenever possible.

WHAT TYPE OF PRODUCT SHOULD I USE TO WASH PRODUCTS?

You must use a small amount of mild detergent. It is very important that it does not contain bleach as it may damage the product.

CAN I RUB STAINS?

Do not rub stains.

CAN I USE BLEACH?

Never.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE COLOUR RUNS?

If this happens do a second or third wash to remove excess colour from the printing.

CAN I LEAVE THE PRODUCT IN SOAK?

No, because if there is an excess of dye it can cause fading of the fabric. If this happens simply by performing a second or third wash this excess is removed leaving the perfect product.

IS IT GOOD LEAVING ITEMS EXPOSED TO THE SUN TO DRY?

No. It is preferable to dry clothes outdoors avoiding direct exposure to the sun so that it stays its original colour.

CAN I LEAVE THE PRODUCT INSIDE THE WASHING MACHINE FOR A LONG TIME IF THE CYCLE HAS FINISHED?

It is not recommended to, please remove as soon as the washing programme has finished.

IS IT GOOD TO OVERLOAD THE WASHING MACHINE?

No, it is not advisable to do this.
